Ms. Riley was admitted to the practice of law in 1997.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Studies with a second major in Sociology in 1994.  Her Juris Doctor was received in 1997, both degrees from the University of North Dakota. 

Ms. Riley began her law career in mortgage banking and lending, representing multiple mortgage brokers and bankers, including the preparation of loan document packages, regulatory compliance advice and loan fulfillment services. The experience that she obtained in this position allowed her to transition into the title insurance industry, first managing the in-house title company and then establishing her own law firm.

The Law Offices of Billie J. Riley, P.C. began in 2000.  Ms. Riley’s practice as a Fee Attorney for Chicago Title Insurance Company allows her to focus on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Her passions for service and personalizing the transaction are reflected in the team that surrounds her.

Ms. McCrary was admitted to the practice of law in 2006.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas in 2003 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2006.

Ms. McCrary began her legal career at The Law Offices of Billie J. Riley, P.C. and is the senior associate and title attorney.  Her focuses are on residential and commercial real estate transactions.  Ms. McCrary is committed to excellence and surpassing the expectations of her clients.

Ms. Griffin received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas A&M in 2004 and her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2007.  She sat for the February 2008 Bar Exam.

Ms. Griffin joined The Law Offices of Billie J. Riley, P.C. in the fall of 2007.   Her focuses are residential and commercial real estate as well as construction lending and refinance transactions.  Ms. Griffin is dedicated to service and satisfying each client she comes in contact with.

Riley, P.C. in the fall of 2007.  Previously, she was the Director of First Impressions at Keller Williams Realty.  Her knowledge of real estate provided a natural transition into the title industry.  Ms. Thompson’s level of service is outstanding and her personal touch assures clients that she is taking care of their every need.
